Application
The casing are designed to perform cased holes. Especially for the construction of bored piles by rotary drilling rigs the casing joints due to the machning accuracy guarantee a fast placement and bolting of the casing as welll as best force transmisssion
Specification
Double-wallled casing can be used universally,as they are designed especiallly for transmitting high rotational annd vertical forces as created by the ratary drives and oscilllators. The use of double-walled casing ensures a flush drill string. Single-walled casings can be used for appllications where weight reduction is importannt.
Features of Casing Rotary Drilling Method:
1-High efficiency construction: Oscillator drive the casing (Protect wall during drilling and cast in place ). Rotary rig takes out soil from casing (High-efficiency drilling).
2-Safty construction: Double isolated by casing during drilling and cast-in-place, no disturbance to surrounding building foundation (near subway and high-rise building construction).
3-Environmentally friendly construction: No mud discharge, dry drilling, and the drilled rock and soil can be recycled.
4-Broad-spectrum construction: suitable for all kinds of complicated formations, gravel layers, strongly weathered rock formations; casing drilling ahead in the soft layer, drilling tools ahead in the hard layer.
5-Casing verticality: Rotary rig controls verticality in a shallow layer, and the oscillator controls verticality in the deep layer.
6-Power pack of oscillator: Independent power pack(Oscillator and Rotary rig operate independently, do not interfere with each other), or use the power from the rotary rig).
